PM’S Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana to Increase Youth Employment.Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing the nation on the occasion of 79th Independence Day by hoisting the flag from the Red Fort on Friday, announced the ‘Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana’.
‘Under the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana, youth who get jobs in the private sector for the first time will get an incentive of Rs 15,000.

‘ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବିକଶିତ ଭାରତ ରୋଜଗାର ଯୋଜନାରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ଘରୋଇ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଚାକିରି ପାଉଥିବା ଯୁବକଯୁବତୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିବ ୧୫ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କାର ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ରାଶି |
Regarding this scheme, the Prime Minister has announced that a scheme of 1 lakh crore rupees is being started for the youth in the country from August 15 itself. The Pradhan Mantri Vikashit Bharat Rozgar Yojana is being implemented from August 15.
Under this scheme, 15 thousand rupees will be given to the youth who get a job for the first time in the private sector. In addition, the companies that create new employment opportunities will also be given incentive money. In this, 3.5 crore youth will benefit in the next 2 years.
ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ସଂପର୍କରେ ପ୍ରଧାନ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ , ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୧୫ରୁ ହିଁ ଦେଶରେ ଯୁବବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଏକ ଯୋଜନା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଉଛି | ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୧୫ରୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବିକଶିତ ଭାରତ ରୋଜଗାର ଯୋଜନା ଲାଗୁ କରାଯାଉଛି | ଏହି ଯୋଜନାରେ ଘରୋଇ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଚାକିରି ପାଇଲେ ଯୁବବର୍ଗଙ୍କୁ ୧୫ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ଦିଆଯିବ। ସହ ଯେଉଁ କମ୍ପାନୀମାନେ ନୂଆ ରୋଜଗାରର ସୁଯୋଗ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ରାଶି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ | ଏଥିରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ୨ ବର୍ଷରେ ୩.୫ କୋଟି ଯୁବକଯୁବତୀ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ |

This scheme will create new employment opportunities in various sectors. It will especially focus on the manufacturing sector.This scheme is divided into two parts.
Those who will first get a job in the private sector and will be registered with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), will be given a maximum of Rs 15,000 in two installments. The first installment will be given after 6 months of employment and the second installment will be given after 12 months or 1 year of employment and after completing the financial literacy program. And one important thing is that employees earning more than 1 lakh will not get this incentive amount.
PM’S Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana to Increase Youth Employment.ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସେକ୍ଟରରେ ନୂଆ ନୂଆ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସୁଯୋଗ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବ | ବିଶେଷ କରି ମ୍ୟାନୁଫେକଚରିଂ ସେକ୍ଟରରେ ଏହା ଫୋକସ କରିବ |ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ଦୁଇ ଭାଗରେ ବିଭକ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି| ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଘରୋଇ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଚାକିରି କରିବେ ଓ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଭବିଷ୍ୟନିଧି ସଂଗଠନ (ଇପିଏଫଓ)ରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃତ ହେବେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୁଇଟି କିସ୍ତିରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୧୫ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ |
ପ୍ରଥମ କିସ୍ତି ଚାକିରିର ୬ ମାସ ପରେ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ ଓ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ କିସ୍ତି ଚାକିରିର ୧୨ ମାସ ବା ୧ ବର୍ଷ ଏବଂ ବିତ୍ତୀୟ ସାକ୍ଷରତା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବା ପରେ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ। ଆଉ ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କଥା ହେଉଛି, ୧ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ଦରମା ପାଉଥିବା କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ରାଶି ମିଳିବ ନାହିଁ |
